MongoDB withdraws new open source license application

It happened quietly and over the weekend. MongoDB co-founder and CTO Eliot Horowitz logged into the Open Source Initiative’s (OSI)website and withdrew the company’s application for a Server Side Public License (SSPL.)

Here’s part of what he wrote on the bulletin board:
